discussed the need for markers & tab posibilities? to be decided by Art directors and designers by thursday.

mag layout includes:
front cover / back cover
in front cover / in back cover
contents
editors
group / roles
the magazine positioning
center fold page / 2 pages

98 pages + 4 page cover = 102 pages
(2 pages added at end of tutorial if you left previously)
22 copies to be made.

layout structure:
pg 1. philosohpy
pg 2. img's
pg 3. contents
pg 4. roles
pg 5. editors
pg 6 and onwards. articles

due in week 5:

self directed study:
with the feedback gained from the class discussion, students continue to work on their written article and develop and refine the visual ideas for their spread.

exercise 4.
Print groups(i.e. us!)
students utilize the proposed style guide that has been agreed to by the class to inform the individual design for their article.

PLEASE have a collection of heading fonts you wish to use for your layout included in your next layout to present in wek 5.
timeline will be up also in week 5, in class.

any further information should be referenced in your unit outline.

Are these weekly notes supposed to be included in our final research document that we hand in at the end?
I couldn't find the outline for that so i don't really know the specifics that i should include.
Is there anywhere i can find the description of that part of our assessment or does anyone have more of an idea as to what we need to include?

no these notes are just for everyone to be able to view and find out what we've done in class and where we're going each week.

dont worry about these in ur research doco unless you have a dier need too?
