bring out the big guns - activity sheet
Hope evryones having a great easter
Maree and i have decided, that as hard as it might be we are going to need to be hard arses, at the moment communication is floppy and we aren't sure where everyone is at - therefore we can't do our job as art directors.
We are implementing a weekly activity/check list for each team to post on the forum under your roles.
Simply stating where your at. So, just list:
This way we will be able to look at everyones list to make sure sample runs smoothly and no-one can hide in the dark till the last minute.
If we could get you to post this every Monday night, it gives us a chance to go through it and then have a chat with each team about it each wednesday.
thanks heaps guys

- what your team did for that week.
- what you didn't get a chance to do.
- any problems or solutions that youve run into
- were you aim to be by the end of the following week.

Hey,
You need to hit 'post reply' - not 'new topic' - so it doesn't open up a new forum.
cheers.
